The complete operating picture
Property management is more than collecting maintenance.
Amaiva brings the financial, service and administrative work of each property into one structured workspace.
Collections & ledgers
Raise property charges, track dues, record verified payments and keep maintenance and corpus funds identifiable.
Expenses & approvals
Capture property expenses, supporting bills and approvals with a visible record of what was spent and why.
Resident service
Receive maintenance requests, assign responsibility, track progress and keep residents updated through closure.
Statements & documents
Share statements, receipts, notices and property documents securely with the people entitled to view them.
Property operations
Coordinate vendors, recurring services, tasks, handovers and the practical work required to keep a building running.
Oversight & audit trail
See actions, corrections and approvals in context—without losing the history behind a current balance or status.
From transaction to transparency
Every action follows a visible path.
Property teams work from a common operating record. Owners and residents receive the information relevant to them—without being exposed to internal administration.

Trust is an operating requirement
Property information deserves clear boundaries.
Amaiva is being designed so that the appointed property manager controls property operations, each user sees only what their role permits, and important actions remain traceable. Live processing will begin only after the required legal, security and property-specific readiness checks are complete.
Purpose and minimisation
Collect only information required for property administration, payments, service, compliance or support.
Role-based access
Separate organisations, properties, units and roles; private owner, occupant and KYC information is not broadly visible.
Financial integrity
Preserve issued records, distinguish drafts from verified transactions and use linked corrections rather than silent overwrites.
Security and recovery
Production requires authentication, encryption, tenant isolation, controlled support access, backups and tested recovery.
Retention and deletion
Apply record-specific retention, legal holds and controlled deletion instead of retaining everything indefinitely.
Portability and handover
Support authorised exports, property handover and accountable offboarding without informal transfer of sensitive records.
Legal and data governance
Clear documents before live data.
The following summaries explain Amaiva’s intended legal framework. They are not substitutes for the full documents and do not describe a live production service yet.
To be updated before live personal-data processing
Privacy Policy
How Amaiva handles personal data.
The production policy will explain data categories, purposes, roles, recipients, processing locations, retention, security, user rights, grievance handling and material changes.
- Property-specific notices and access rules
- Verified privacy-request process
- Named Privacy/Grievance Officer before launch
Terms of Service
Rules for access and responsible use.
The Terms will govern authorised invitations, account responsibilities, acceptable use, platform availability, customer administration, limitations, suspension, changes and termination.
- No open public registration
- Adults aged 18 or above only
- Versioned acceptance before portal access
Data Processing Agreement
Responsibilities between Amaiva and customers.
Where Amaiva processes customer-controlled personal data, the DPA will define instructions, confidentiality, security, providers, incidents, rights support, audits, return, deletion and exit duties.
- Standard DPA for ordinary customers
- Provider and sub-processor schedule
- Property-specific data schedule before go-live
No advertising cookies are intended on this pre-launch site. Essential hosting and security logs may be generated. Optional product analytics will require appropriate notice or consent and organisation-level controls.
Authentication, property isolation, encryption, backups, recovery testing, breach response and KYC controls are non-waivable production requirements.
Material hosting, storage, payment, communications, monitoring, support and backup providers must be reviewed and entered in the provider register before live processing.
Amaiva is being designed for browser access, clear language, readable controls and assisted support. Production support will use authorised channels without asking users to disclose passwords.
This public page is an informational pre-launch preview. It does not create a customer subscription, property-management appointment, payment obligation or authority for Amaiva to process live property data.
